My name is Kevin Fonseca — and I wear two hats with confidence and integrity: one as a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL 01) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT 03), and the other as a seasoned JavaScript software engineer with years of hands-on experience building scalable, efficient, and maintainable digital solutions.

Firearms Transfers & Compliance Services

As an FFL 01 holder, I am federally licensed to handle firearms transfers, enabling lawful and secure transactions for both private individuals and businesses. I also hold an SOT 03, which further permits me to conduct transfers of NFA-regulated items such as suppressors (silencers), short-barreled rifles (SBRs), and other Title II firearms under the National Firearms Act.

Here’s what that means for you as a customer:

✔️ Firearms Transfers (FFL 01)

Whether you’re purchasing a firearm online or from another out-of-state seller, the transfer must be handled by a licensed FFL in your local area. I provide fast, compliant, and affordable firearms transfer services, ensuring that all BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) regulations are followed to the letter.

Each transfer includes:

Completion and review of Form 4473 (Firearms Transaction Record)
Background check via NICS, unless exempt
Secure and discrete handling of your firearm(s)
Storage in a monitored environment (when needed)
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees ($10 NON-NFA firearms and $45 NFA items)

Transfers are available by appointment only to ensure you get one-on-one attention in a secure, professional setting. Weekend and evening hours are often available to fit your schedule.

✔️ NFA Transfers (SOT 03)

As a Class 3 Special Occupational Taxpayer, I am authorized to receive and transfer NFA items such as:

Suppressors / Silencers
Short-Barreled Rifles (SBRs)
Short-Barreled Shotguns (SBSs)
Any Other Weapons (AOWs)
Machine Guns (transferrable pre-1986 only)

These types of transfers involve additional paperwork and background checks, typically involving ATF Form 4 for individual or trust applicants.

All NFA items are held securely until your tax stamp is approved. I’ll notify you the moment it's ready for pickup.

While I do highly encourage you to choose me as your FFL, please make sure to avoid shipping Machine guns to my home address as I do not have the storage needed for them; everything else such as Silences, SBRs SBSs and AOWs are just fine.
